Business Process Audits

We like to help clients identify parts of a business process where automation can be beneficial.
For example, every time someone signed up for a course, our client would interrupt the task at hand so they could send an acknowledgment message to their customer. While this may be an obvious or trivial step for some, it can feel like a complex task to many business owners.
